property
i studied real estate back in school. found investing in real estate and maintenance and upkeeping a property's value very interesting.
my favourite class was urban development economics, understanding how a society evolves and the tradeoffs of modernization, etc.
i did some work as a property officer (grunt work for property managers), then some years as a salesperson. i loved the money as a salesperson but i hate the clients and colleageues.
who knew cut-throat sales people and rich fucks hoarding land wld be miserable to be around? heh
software
after that i took a 9 months long course for software development
well i took the 3 months introductory course, found that i loved it and decided to continue.
i found that i'm p good at css, html, js, sql, and i've built some reactjs and nextjs applications since then
my hobbies

tinkering with older game consoles (bought a psp, wii u, ps4 - not old but now hackable)

mecha model kits! so not exactly gunpla, just cool mecha kits like 30 minute missions or megami device

i used to play the bass a lot, my favourite music to play to were older american hip hop, or just jpop. japanese bassists srsly go crazy.
