left a new job i was excited about
it sucks, i was so excited to work somewhere i can apply my "new" IT skills.
but the boss raised his hand to hit me and i think that's a boundary he crossed that i can't ignore
of course, he didn't hit me, it was kind of a flinch test.
during the HR meeting in regard to this matter he said he was "just joking".
who the fuck does that kind of joke with an employee? that was clearly a power trip type of move.
unlikely to go into IT again
the job i'm leaving this one for is a job i'm already good at
it's building management, maintenance, etc.
i can see a career in this industry, considering my boss here already likes me anyway.
what do i do about my technical IT knowledge and skills?
idk what to do with them now.
can i make money with it? idk.
consider it a side quest? ugh
this really feels like i allocated points into the wrong stats and i can't really do much with it now.
