i think i'm just tired of expecting people to be good on the inside, only for them to be a total letdown.
people are not inherently good.
people are inherently selfish and self preserving.
there are some groups within society (or the entire society) that operate solely on selfishness, and have no thought for others.
these groups, and their peoples can be eradicated from the earth.
groups of people that have zero civic mindedness, no consideration, no desire to improve their surroundings, no desire to understand the world around them.
groups of people that no matter how much goodwill and care you pour into, it will not grow.
i think every country and society is plagued by such people.
base and degenerate
these people are obsessed with satisfying their base needs and urges.
to them, nothing exists beyond their immediate needs. when eating they do so in excess.
sex reigns supreme.
entertainment is all that matters.
such people are disgusting and deserve no kindness.
it does not matter what they may be "battling". everyone is struggling. all that matters is what they output into the world.
the only people that matter
are people who make the world a better place.
the people who help, the people who elevate the experience of humankind, the people who strive to understand the world and be better.
the human race need only these people.
when growing up, i've always heard the line "jangan jadi sampah masyarakat" (do not become societal trash). somehow, many strive towards it.
we should strive to improve our spaces.
i expect that there are people who may argue in bad faith saying "but chxshire, some people in warzones can only attend to their basic needs", to which i say - i am obviously not talking about those people, you retard. to you, i wish stage 4 cock cancer.
